The infantry role puts a lot of demands on the commander. Being the most vulnerable to enemy fire, infantry units have to depend on movement and stealth to survive against enemy vehicles. Able to hide in forests and buildings, infantry units are most at home in the forests and larger cities. Armed with highly effective firearms, they pose a big threat against all other roles if played well.

These units are very straight forward, countering Armor units effectively. The squads come equipped with three Anti-Tanks Soldiers and three Riflemen that can also be medics. These are the guys to use when you are being overridden by tanks. Use them against vehicles, including transports, and you will be victorious!

Standard Infantry are very useful for your overall infantry needs. They contain two riflemen, a Medic, and an Anti-Tank Soldier. They are extremely versatile but become even more helpful when protected by other units such as tanks. They can become extremely vulnerable to attacks when left unprotected. Keep them constantly moving or protected and they will work wonders for your force.

Although these engineers lack a regular attack, their demolition charge more than makes up for it. Do not use these units where they are vulnerable to enemy attack, as they will die faster than you can say, “bad idea”.

This unit, although primarily used for transporting infantry, can be used in combat against enemy infantry in a pinch. It also has the ability to heal your armor units, so make use of that as well.

These sneaky guys are a counter to their own kind. If infantry are getting at you, send Snipers to pick them off. If they hit the infantry unit, it will be a one shot kill. A plus with these guys is when they take a shot, the source of the shot can not be detected. Of course, like all infantry they are extremely vulnerable. However, kept hidden, they can become effective. Although, a downside is that the only unit type they can attack is infantry.

Without having any attack, these vulnerable units must be used to transport your infantry quickly from location to location. Ungarrison fast or else you risk the fact that the weak transport could get shot at any time, killing all the infantry inside.
